The operating schedules and routes of our tours and safaris may change without notice during the month of Ramadan, summer months or natural / weather reasons
In certain unavoidable situations, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any tour or safari at our discretion without prior notification
You have to pay in full the price of the tour/safari/activity when the booking is made and the same will get cancelled if you fail to pay the full costs at least two days before the commencement of the tour
Advance cancellation of booking should be done and no refund will be made if the cancellation is done less than 24 hours before the tour
Failure to arrive on time at the boarding point before the specified departure will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be made
Due to the nature of many activities, we may have to cancel, alter or omit a part of a tour or activity. In case of weather, accidents, sickness, governmental restriction and other events of force majeure, a refund or partial refund may be given at our discretion or the discretion of our suppliers for any activity concerned
