We at Bedouin Oasis understand that to offer quality services it is of prime importance to be responsible for the conservation and protection of the environment around us. Today, the watchword for good relationships with our constituents like tour operators, cruise liners and corporate houses and the guests who avail of our services is the ability to offer responsible experiences and substantiate our sustainability stance. We are at an advantage since we have right from our inception kept the tenets of sustainability in focus and met all the requirements of our stakeholders.

• Purchasing any of our services or products is subject to the terms and conditions of the contract
• You may need to sign an indemnity form on purchasing certain packages or safari

• All our transport vehicles ensure a high level of safety and comfort for our guests
• While our vehicle is in motion all passengers must compulsorily wear seat belts
• The safety of children in our vehicles is of special importance and young passengers should travel on special seating that should be requested in advance
• All passengers must read the safety card available with the driver/guide before the start of the tour
• Seating is not pre-allocated and will be rotated among passengers

• The sightseeing tours are usually multilingual but our safaris are conducted in English
• Due to the adventurous nature and rough terrain that our safaris undertake, guests with health conditions or pre-existing medical issues (especially problems of the neck and back) shouldn’t opt to participate.
• Expectant mothers and passengers with heart ailments and neck or back problems are not encouraged to take our safaris/tours. For alternate arrangements for such guests please contact us in advance for other segments of the safari/tour, email – or call us –

• Photography or videography of government buildings, military establishments, and oil and gas refineries are strictly prohibited
• Keep away from littering any public area since it may invite fines
• Smoking indoors and in public places is prohibited
• Always get permission before taking pictures of Emiratis
• Avoid taking pictures of ladies in traditional dress
• Show respect for local customs by avoiding public displays of affection

• There are no hard and fast rules regarding clothing in the UAE, but it is in keeping with Islamic traditions that modest clothing is recommended. Take care of following the dress etiquette in malls, souks, rural areas and during visits to the mosque
• Ladies: Clothing should not be transparent, tight or revealing. Beachwear is acceptable at beach clubs, hotel pools and beaches
• Mostly summer clothing is fine throughout the year, though sweaters and jackets are used during winter months during evenings and desert stays/safaris.
• Hats and sunglasses are recommended for daytime outings and desert safaris

• The legal age for serving and taking adult drinks in UAE is 21 years
• Serving alcohol or performing any live entertainment is not permitted for 24 hours starting at sunset on the eve of any religious holiday

Ramadan is the holy month in the Arab world and all Muslims are required to fast from dawn to dusk. Eating, drinking and smoking in public areas is strictly prohibited for all including tourists and guests. Food alone may be served in some restaurants, cafes and hotels for visitors.
